Palm Kernel based this series of fats are multi-purpose hard butter, commonly classified as Dairy Fat Replacers. They replace dairy fat in Ice-cream, Butter, Cheese, Coffee and Flavored Milk base drinks.They are very stable against oxidation. They have excellent microbiological characteristics and are free from active lipases.
