About Product
Corn starch is the starch derived from corn. It is ground from the white endosperm at the heart of a kernel of corn. It is a cereal starch having low Protein & Ash content.
Application
It is used in Pharmaceutical Industry as a dusting media for various type of coating as well as binder & filler for capsules & tables, used in textile industry to provide stiffness & to add weight to cloths, used for thickening sauces, gravies, puddings and pie fillings, for sizing as well as to increase the paper strength.
- Corn Starch (Food Grade) - used in different food applications such as biscuits and bakery products, custards, baking powder, gravies, soups, meat products, protein adjustment, icing sugar, tableting and general food extender. As well as Dry mix soups & sauces, batters & breading, salad dressings, pudding powders, processed meat, creamy spreads and fillings
- Corn Starch (Industrial Grade) - used in different non-food applications such as corrugated boards, paper manufacturing, gypsum boards, tiles for ceiling, oil well drilling, textile sizing and adhesives.
