Our Non-Dairy Whipping Cream Fat is high quality hard butter derived from fractionated and hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil. It is free from active lipases and has excellent microbiological characteristics combined with its very hard and brittle texture nature at ambient temperature its flavour release quality is excellent at body temperature.
It provides very good overrun and stable structure after whipping and retains it to considerably longer period than other products in the market by virtue of its very low unsaturated fatty acids and incorporation of special emulsifiers. Consequently, it is free from off odour and off flavor with brilliant white colour.
