RBD Palm Kernel Olein is a fully refined, bleached and deodorized vegetable oil derived from the liquid fraction of palm kernel oil. It is a Trans-free oil which has excellent flavor stability and storage qualities.
RBD Palm Kernel Olein can be used to replace milk fat in lower end ice-creams and can be used as covertures coating for ice-cream and other chilled confections. It can also be used in commercial frying of nuts, roasting of popcorns, candy making and cracker spraying.
